Wellness!
EOH Community Wellness makes it possible for everyone to participate
in our classes regardless of economic limitations.
How does it work?
We understand that many people simply cannot afford to participate
at Expressions of Health on a regular basis. So for our local
community, we offer all of our classes at a suggested fee
and wellness services at a reduced rate. As well, we will
be offering free classes in the community. Check back frequently
to learn when these free classes will be offered.
